Being this was my first time to really truly "exercise", I took it slowly as I didn't want to leave the place on a gurney . . . :-) Right after work, AC and I went to do our thing. RS was there so she showed me how to use some of the equipment she thought I would be interested in. Well, I did close to 5 miles on the bike, 1.5 miles on the treadmill and several work-outs on the equipment to work the abs, etc. I actually enjoyed myself . . . I would have stayed for another 30 minutes but AC had tons of homework still to do. Well, I'm getting there . . . not bad for a person who doesn't like to exercise, with the exception of my walks/jogs with the hubs and Toby on the weekends. ************************** Comments Off - It's only the beginning of the year and here I am already playing catch-up.
