Flowerdale School S. D. #1726 1908 -1929 Flowerdale is east of Blackfoot. The building still stands on its original site. Because it has recently been used for grain storage, it now has a cement foundation. On this its one hundred year anniversary, Walter Ulan has placed the school site marker just beside the school building which is nestled in a little corner of his grain storage yard. The big granaries almost make the one time “big” school seem quite small.
