Oceanfront Condo Before/After

Owner wanted a contemporary but sophisticated

look for his three bedroom, three bath top floor oceanfront penthouse. This project was a "move-in-ready" assignment. The owner lived out of town and wanted his beach house furnished from soup to nuts...shower curtains, towels & sheets, espresso maker, pots, pans, dishes, flat-wear and glasses. Of course, the art, bed coverings, mattresses, all of the furniture, rugs. TV's, ceiling fans, decorative accessories and the extensive wrap-a-round balcony furnished. AND...he needed it ready for company to arrive in TWO WEEKS! I ordered all the furniture, shopped for everything and had it turn-key ready by his TALL ORDER deadline...a fact, I'm pretty proud of as most furniture orders alone, take well over two weeks to arrive. As you can see from the "before" photos...it was a new condo. He didn't want to change the neutral paint color the builder chose or to change out the standaard window blinds that came with the condo, I worked with those existing elements.

Bathroom Remodel Project- needed first to be totally gutted. The bath had not seen updates of any kind for over 20 years. The bathroom was in a bachelor's beach house who wanted a "masculine feel", yet because the room was so small and without storage he wanted the room to feel uncluttered and crisp but offer storage and have a coastal vibe to match the updated portions of his home.

Historic Restoration (start to finish)

LOBBY at CRESCENT KEYS Oceanfront Condominium building with Penthouses - I didn't take before photos because it was just white empty space with a built-in reception desk.

We had a extremely limited budget for this project but wanted an upscale feel, regardless. Furniture, paint, custom(outdoor fabric that would stand up to wet bathing suits) art, accessories, florals, mirrors and lighting were added to give the space a tropical feel that was not too overdone for the building's Homeowner Association to maintain.
