Research Tools
Here are some software tools developed by the researchers of Centre for Bioinformatics:

•C-GREx Software - This is a tool for producing unique visual images of bio-sequences based on Chaos-Game Represntation(Developed with funding from the Dept of IT, Govt of India). Web URL

•miRNA Tools- All the following tools(all in beta version now) are developed by Vinod Chandra S.S., research scholar of the Centre for Bioinformatics. The biological aspects of these tools have been designed in collaboration with the research group under the leadership of Dr. M. radhakrishna Pillai, Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology.
