The DBT- BIF centre at the State Inter-University Centre of Excellence in Bioinformatics (SIUCEB) jointly with the Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi, is organizing a National Seminar on Soft Computing Techniques in Computational Biology. The seminar is scheduled as three sessions. First and second session is at the State Inter-University Centre of Excellence in Bioinformatics (SIUCEB) on October 14th and 15th of 2011 and the third session is at the Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi. Dr. V. Gopakumar, Principal, College of Engineering, Trivandrum will be inaugurating the session on 14th at SIUCEB.  A special talk on Cloud Computing in Bioinformatics by Dr.  U.  Krishnakumar, Director, Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi will also be presented on the same day.
