The key to a great Nordic season is to be active during these lazy summer days! Don't forget to get outside and bike, run, or rollerski. Start working on your fitness levels now, and you'll feel the benefits come winter. Go for a long walk with a friend or do balance drills while you watch TV. Seriously, folks. Central's cross-country running captains practices are held six days a week at 9am. They are a lot of fun, and if you don't go, you're really missing out! All nordic skiers are welcome.
