This site is for information-sharing between organizations that are involved in the planning for Health Information Exchange (HIE). We are excited about designing a future where a patient's complete health record can travel with them to any doctor, hospital or clinic they visit... privately, securely and immediately.
Modernizing the way we communicate is an important step in improving our healthcare system. HIE can help us:
