Annual Potluck Date Set!Our Annual Potluck will be our next meeting, May 14th in the pavilion at the Levy Church of Christ. Our goal is to start at 6:00 PM ½ hour earlier than our normal start time to have plenty of sunlight.
Folks with last names starting with A – M please bring a dessert dish. Folks with last names starting with N – Z please bring a salad dish. Note these are guidelines so if you have a fabulous dessert recipe by all means bring it regardless of your last name. J
We are officially switching to bar-bq to keep our membership price the same. We NEED folks to bring their potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans to round out this meal!
We hope to have a PA system to allow the officers to be heard more readily than last year. This is for members of CABA and absolutely you can pay the $12 yearly dues at the potluck.

Special thanks to all the folks that helped out and especially to our teachers Jon Zawislak with the UA Cooperative Extension Service, Betty Scott with the Arkansas Plant Board Apiary Section and Harvey Johnston our CABA program chair.
Also thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Steve Homes donating a bee Hive for a door prize for this course as well as several door prizes donated by CABA members.

Dwayne Arkansas Beekeepers Association MeetingThe Arkansas Beekeepers Association hosted a Spring Meeting in Little Rock at the UA Cooperative Extension Service.
It had a nice collection of speakers and topics for everyone from beginners to our seasoned beekeepers.
The Fall Meeting is at the Ozark Folk Center State Park in Mountain Vew on October 12 & 13th.
