Our Mission
 
The City of Celina Public Works Department is committed to providing the citizens of Celina with the highest quality of customer service possible. We are dedicated to maintaining our existing infrastructure as well as looking to the future to develop new infrastructure that will meet the needs of our growing community. We strive to maintain the confidence and trust of the community with a focus on friendly customer service that is timely while delivering a quality finished product.
 
The Public Works Department is responsible for the maintenance and operation of our Streets, Drainage Structures, Water Production and Distribution, and Wastewater Collection and Treatment facilities.
 
To request a work order for things like potholes, street signs that need replacement, etc, please call 972-382-2682.  
 
Emergencies:
For water or sewer line breaks or any other Public Works related emergency, please call 972-382-2682 during business hours and 214-585-7660 after business hours.
