We would like to welcome Hannah Bacon (from the Blues team) who has kindly taken on the role as U15 coach for this year.

Rubies had an excellent start to the season by winning all their matches at the preseason Sussex Junior Tournament to win the U16 division. 

They  are competing in 3 leagues this season; Sussex Junior U16 League, East Grinstead Netball League and Surrey U16 League. 

Sussex Junior U16 League

Rubies have played 3 matches and won two.  Their most recent match was against    NRG U16 team.    Rubies were missing some of their regular players, but they fought hard and played well resulting in a 39-31 win.

 East Grinstead Netball League

Rubies have played very well in this league and have won all 7 of their matches so far.  There is one more left to play in the pre-Christmas session.

Surrey U16 League. 

This is a new league for the Rubies and provides some different opposition which is excellent experience for the team.  The matches are played at the University of Surrey Sports Park which is a superb facility and the parents really appreciate being indoors with a Starbucks on hand.  

Rubies have played 2 and won 2 matches so far.  There is some tough opposition ahead, which will provide the girls with a challenge in the future matches.
