This program is used for doing a deposition of NMR data to the PDB using CCPN based methods.

CcpNmr ECI (Entry Completion Interface) is a graphics-based program that is used to pull together the information needed for an NMR data deposition at the PDBe (EBI) and/or the BMRB.

This user-friendly software uses a CCPN project, which has been made with CcpNmr Analysis or CcpNmr FormatConverter.

Development

ECI was developed by Tim Stevens from the University of Cambridge, UK (Prof. Ernest Laue's Group) and Chris Penkett from the EBI in Hinxton, Cambridge, UK.
