Burger King Scholars Program
All BURGER KINGtrademark Scholars awards must be used for educational expenses, such as tuition or required fees and books, and must be used during the first year of college or post-secondary vocational/technical school. Awards are given without regard to race, color, creed, religion, gender, disability or national origin. $1,000, $5,000 and $25,000 scholarships are available to all eligible high school seniors and BURGER KINGtrademark employees.

The AFAO-Meyers Norris Penny LLP Aboriginal Youth Financial Managements Awards are open to First Nation youth in Grades 11 and 12. Winners attend AFAO's National Conference and participate in a special youth program designed to introduce youth to careers in Aboriginal finance and management.

Applicants must be registered to attend a full-time program at St. Clair College (Windsor Campus) or the University of Windsor, and be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status. The applicant must present a letter from a recognized professional documenting his/her learning disability, and has been a resident of Windsor for at least 5 years.

The University of Guelph offers 12 scholarships worth $32,000 each. These scholarships reward top students from across Canada and recognize academic excellence, innovation, community and school engagement, and leadership. There are 8 President's Scholarships, 2 Lincoln Alexander Scholarships, and 2 Pamela Wallin Chancellor's Scholarships. The Toyota Earth Day Scholarship Program grants 20 awards of $5000 each annually, to be applied directly towards tuition, books, room and board (where applicable) or other educational expenses for the first year of post-secondary full-time studies in Canada.
