Mini Morning Meeting
Feel free to stop in from 8:30-9:15 for coffee and treats. We will be there to answer questions you may have regarding PTO and Family Connect. This is an informal way to meet others who are new to the CCE Community and ask any questions regarding PTO that you may have.
PTO Meetings
PTO meetings are held four times during the school year. They are held in the school library and begin at 7 p.m. All parents of students at Cedar Creek Elementary are automatically members of PTO and everyone is welcome to attend.
Pizza Nights
Families can order pizza from Papa Johns located at 101 S. Parker in Olathe. Coupon sheets are sent home from school and the top portion can be filled out indicating the student, their classroom teacher and our school. The school will then receive 15% of those sales and the classroom with the most participants gets a pizza party. Every quarter Papa John's will also contribute 5% of the sales from our school to our library!
Skating Parties
Skating parties are held at Skate City located at 10440 Mastin, Overland Park, KS 66212. Their phone number is 913-888-6668 or find out more information at www.skatecitykansas.com.
Meet the Teacher
Parents visit their child's classroom and the child's teacher gives information about the circullum for the upcoming year. Sign-up sheets are in the classroom for parents to sign up to help out with classroom parties and large school events. |
