Drafted in to the Regulator to assist in project recovery, delivery plan and supplier management, this short engagement successfully re-focussed efforts to deliver the BasWare purchase management and invoice processing system. A comprehensive time and resource plan encompassed technical integration (document scanning and Sage financials), stakeholder management, communications, training and business process. A framework for proper governance and project reporting was handed back to the reconstituted in-house project team.

Assisting this traditional life and pensions company implement a customised work-management system. Starting with workshops to gather requirements, through working with the development team, this included production of training materials.

Outsourcing the £14m European Breakdown product to a new call centre in Glasgow and delivering to £600k budget in 24 weeks from letter-of-intent to go-live. Project life-cycle included invitation-to-tender, supplier selection, design, build, acceptance test, data migration and call-centre start-up.

Other projects included project initiation for the Nectar customer loyalty programme.

Project-managed the implementation of campaign management, ensuring delivery of a million-pound investment programme in marketing; this included re-developing the Virgin Holidays marketing strategy, re-engineering of processes and re-structure of the department.

Delivering software development and supplier management for this start-up recruitment specialist within the pharmaceutical industry. The company achieved over £300,000 turnover in the first nine months. Delivering a bespoke database and web-site, office and network set-up and creation of operating procedures. As Business Development manager, our campaign management programme secured preferred supplier status with Novartis, Pfizer and Glaxo-Smithkline.
