Deadline?
- Try to have everything done by 11:59pm Thursday, SHARP!

5min Presention
- 1min - Show off RESPECT website
- 4min - derive the slides from section heading in grant application

Roseann's suggestions ...
- It's important to talk to high school students themselves to see what meeting dayts works for them, w.r.t. to their side-jobs.
- Try to talk to students about their involvement as far ahead of time as possible, since some students are self-selecting.
- Also, bring Robert of CA in as a partner as soon as possible!
- In addition, Craft Alliance is seeking new artists in residence at their North Grand facility.

Issue of whether to pay students?
- The students MUST have clearly communicated responsibilities, sign-in, sign-out, etc.  They would have to treat it as a job.
- However, not all students involved could be paid, so problem with seeming unfair.

Budget...
- Trying to stay under $10k?
- Roseann suggests $1k per student, so $12k
- Emily needs to calculate her %age of time for budgeting purposes.
- Roseann says that an in-kind donation of gallery space is very possible. $100/day for grantees.
- Still need to get facilities costs from Craft Alliance media lab
- Marketing/publicity: we DO need postcards and posters.
- Rates for teaching artists: $50/hr and add hours before/after each session for setup/tear-down.
-> DO NOT hesitate to compensate artists fairly!

Programming ideas
- This could become a path for Craft Alliance to 'activate' their media lab so it better coheres with CA's other resources.
