This is the Cornerstone Online Registration Form.
To submit the file follow these instructions.
1. Right click the red link with the title of the form "Young Adult Registration".
2. Download file to your desktop.
3. Fill in all applicable areas of the Cornerstone Young Adult Registration Form.
4. Save the file to your desktop on your computer.
5. Open your web based e-mail service (eg. Gmail, Hotmail) or desktop based e-mail service (eg. Outlook, Apple Mail).
6. Compose a new message and in the "To" field put catholic.cornerstone@gmail.com
7. Attach the the completed and saved file to the e-mail and send.
