Castleoak employed Catherine and Mike John to manage the catering at our annual staff party in June 2007.The event, for 150 staff and family members, was held in a marquee and the weather was, to say the least, somewhat challenging. The result of torrential rain was a kitchen area that was effectively underwater.
Despite the truly atrocious conditions the team performed heroically. Not only was the food and the service excellent but the composure and indeed cheerfulness on display provided a real example to all of us about how to deliver customer satisfaction in the most trying of circumstances.
Not only would we use them again, we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
