Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested. If your pet or home needs more time then
scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. Dog walking, litter box cleaning, trash bins to curb, yard pickup, mail/newspaper collection, houseplant watering
and other average tasks are included in base price. More difficult
tasks are $6.00 extra per 15 minutes.

Initial Booking Consultation 30-40 minutes
At this visit we collect the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer and try keys, meet the pet(s) and tour
your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your
pets. This required meeting should be scheduled at least 48 hours prior
to service beginning.
Regular (Initial) Visit Minimum 45 Minutes
Our most popular choice. Good for many multiple pet homes, supervised feedings,
walks, and play. Most dogs will
require 2-4 Regular visits per day. Cats can manage with 1 visit per day, but if fed wet food only, two are required. No charge for multiple pets.
Drop In (2nd visit) Minimum 30 Minutes
Short drop-by visit can be used as a quick turnout or potty break,
litter box cleaning, easy keeper care, or even a 3rd feeding.
Important Terms
Payment is due at end of service, please. For long sits of 6 days or more, I require 50% prepayment of bill, with balance upon return. Prepayment for entire visit is very much appreciated!
A separate signed & completed
Service Request is also due for each service, before each
service start, except regular clients.
With permission you may leave a check in full and the completed
Service Request for the first visit.
However, your pet sitter must leave your home without providing any service if you forget either
item. Certain situations may be reason for service to be declined, as they do not meet the criteria that I maintain for my service. It's against my ethics to sit for a dog that is kept outside all the time. I prefer sitting for people who consider the pet a family member and treat them accordingly. I will not accept an assignment where the owner only wants a visit every other day (cats mainly). If I'm responsible for the care and feeding of a pet, I believe that it (and the house) needs at least one visit daily. I will not compromise my quality standards and must decline the job. I hope that everyone can understand why I must insist on these policies.
