Add-Ons: Extra Gridwall panels are available to rent to give you more room to hang your art. Each panel is 2ftx5ft and hangs horizontally starting at the top of the tent. It takes 4 panels to fill one side of the tent making a full 10ftx4ft area. Each panel can be rented for $10.00 for for the duration of the show. You must indicate how many additional panels you would like and where in the booth you want them to hang. Our festival staff will have them in your booth on Friday morning before you set up. Once the booth is set up, it can not be altered.
Adding Color and Flair to your Booth is encouraged! As long as signage is not permanent, it can be hung from the inside top of your booth or at the back. Bring items that will make your booth standout or reflect your style of Art. The table that will be included with your booth can not be altered so we engorge bringing table cloths so that your table displays do not damage the table.
Storage of your art will be in our storage tent, set up on the Wrigley Stage. During the day, the tent will be a demo and musical venue but starting at 6pm each evening, it will be completely covered with all night security. The staging tent is only accessible from 6pm till 8pm each evening and again at 8am till 10am each morning. If you would like to use the staging area during the show, here are a few important tips and rules.
Staging art in the tent is at your own risk. When you bring your art and supplies to the tent, it must be bundled on hand carts, dollies or other wheeled apparatuses. An inventory of your supplies must accompany your bundles. The staging tent has a ramp for easy access. Once an area has been assigned to you inside the tent, you will be given an area number. Only persons who sign the staging area agreement will be allowed to remove bundles.
These rules are important to ensure security and safety. There is no charge for using the staging tent but again, it can be used at your own risk. If everyone adheres to the rules, everything will be safe and easy to access.
