Red Nose Day 2009

Simon Clarke put his best leg forward in support of Comic Relief on 13th March!! Fundraising total upto date is £165.80 with more to be collected!! WellDone!!!!

OCTOBER 2008

The Halloween Spooky Fun Day was a great success thanks to our members, volunteers and of course everyone who attended!!

We had some donations from Ashton Pioneer Homes, Sainsbury's and ASDA towards the Pumpkin Carving stall, with St Peter's Children's Centre kindly donating one of the prizes for the raffle, a mini scooter!!

A fabulous day was had by all and we managed to raise £86 with your help!!! 

A BIG 'THANK YOU' TO EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED!!!!

AUGUST 2008

Our first event after forming CASPER has just been completed!!  After a lot of hard work from our Committee members and with the help of Groundwork, we held a family fun day at Katherine Street MUGA on 17th August 2008.

 Our theme was around growing and healthy eating, to tie in with our plans of developing a community allotment. 

With activities ranging from painting plant pots and junk modelling, to sports activities and face painting, despite the wet weather we had a good turn out and a great day was had by all!

An extra special thank you to Naz and the girls at SPY for helping out at short notice on the day!!!
