1. Reading Logs:  Every student must read four times weekly for twenty minutes each time.  They need to read to a parent or another adult and have their reading log signed.  I will take the reading logs and grade them weekly, on Friday.

 

Grading scale for the reading log:

 

0 readings or no reading log turned in = 0

1 reading = 25

2 readings = 50

3 readings = 75

4 readings = 100

 

2. Spelling  Tests: The students have weekly spelling tests.  I will send a spelling list home with each student for the next week.  They will have a spelling test every Friday.
