Bulk Trash Pick-up The town of Gilbert picks up bulk trash once a month in our neighborhood. Both bulky household items and green waste will be collected during the week of the third Monday. Trash must be placed at the curb in front of your house Sunday evening before the pickup week. For more information, visit the Town of Gilbert website. Surepay available for HOA quarterly assessments If you are interested in having your HOA quarterly assessments automatically deducted from your banking account please fill out the Surepay Application and return it to Tri-City Property Management. Neighborhood Postings The Board of Directors would like to remind everyone that it is illegal to post signs on any street or fixed structures such as light poles, traffic signs or signals. The Town of Gilbert has guidelines for temporary signage and we encourage homeowners to refer to their website, click here. A Bulletin Board is being tested on the Carol Rae Ranch website for members of the HOA to post various items/events. |
