Bulk Trash Reminder
The City of Gilbert provides a bulk trash pick up program, please visit their web-site by clicking here. Please note that bulk trash should not be placed out for pick-up prior to the weekend immediately before your scheduled collection week. If you have bulk trash that needs to removed prior to our collection week the City of Gilbert allows every resident to take one free load each month to the Santan Transfer Station. Please visit the City's website for more information.


Interested in receiving e-mail updates?
Occasionally the Board will send out e-mails to alert the community of upcoming events.  The information in the e-mails will almost always be found on the website as well. If you are not already on the list and are interested in receiving occasional e-mails from the Board, please  e-mail carolraeranch@gmail.com with your name and lot number.
News:

  • The Gilbert HOA Academy is now providing their classes for free. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how HOAs should work as well as suggestions for improving HOAs. For more information please click here.
  • Please report all graffiti to the Gilbert police department.

  • Next meeting will be held on October 8th at 7pm. Among other items, the Board will continue discussion of the 2010 budget at this meeting.

  • A new page has been created on the website for homeowners to post comments.  They can be found at Letters from the HOA.

    • The HOA Board of Directors has mailed a newsletter to homeowners in March 2009.

    • An automatic payment plan (Surepay) is available from Tri-City Property Management. Please fill out the application and return it to Tri-City if you are interested.
