09 Smoking Chimneys

Following on from the very successful Smoking Chimney evening of the  30 June 2008 a repeat performance was staged at King Edward Mine on Saturday 26th September.    On the day at KEM will be a Grand Launch of the new Mineral Tramways Trails. 3pm - Smokin' Chimneys II.  All of the accessible chimneys visible from King Edward were made to smoke once again.               Fortescue's pumping and winding engine houses in smoke                    Left- Illogan Sparnon Band in action on the day.             Below left, cyclist trying out the new Mineral Tramway route
