Texas Terrain Travel in Texas can be amazing. The views are breath taking. A lot of people believe that Texas is just a huge desert but terrain here can vary from mountains to hills, ocean to desert. Texas has forests, valleys, beaches, grasslands, prairies, and so much more. In just a few hours you can go from river basins to hills and into the mountains. It is a large state with a variety of wildlife. It has a large number of state and government run parks to keep Texas wild. It is the perfect place for hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, climbing and all types of adventures.  Bodies of Water As you can see from the pictures here, I love to photograph bodies of water. Water can be amazingly beautiful. It refelcts life in more ways than one. Water is an important part of my work and I could not imagine never photographing its beauty. Most of my images of bodies of water can be purchased as prints or postcards. I am also putting together a series called "Bodies of Water". |
 Early Morning Fishing Trip It was a cool crisp morning and the lake looked amazing. I captured these two taking advantage of the morning fog and nice temperature. I watched them as they caught a few fish and I thought.... how nice it must be to just relax amidst the fog. Almost like being in a cloud! Reflections As the fog started to rise, I caught the reflections of the pines dancing in the water. It was a cool crisp morning and it made for an amzing shot.
