stands for: - the MOU is a document signed by all parties, to
leave a trace for eventually other parties or the court to proof the
claim that we have indeed been talking on a certain topic.
- the
NDA is a document signed by all parties, stating that we will not
disclose the details of what has been discussed with other without
prior conscent of the other parties and signing a Mou/Nda/Nca with the
new party. What has been discussed will be noted in a Business Meeting
Report that's signed off by all parties.
- The NCA is a document
signed by all parties, stating that all info / contact data brought by
a party are recognized by the others as such and none of the other
parties will be allowed to use the info nor contact data to bypass the
party that brought it. Especially people bringing contacts are very
vulnerable, because the moment they disclose who to call ... the others
could very easily pretend they found this party themselves ... the Non
Circumvention Agreement prevents this. A very easy way to show who
brought what or who, is to send the info per email to the others. This
leaves a trail and date.
