Running Coach:Pick A Plan Based on your goals and responses to a thorough questionnaire, I will prepare a schedule for you that will take you from today to Race Day. A complete plan laid out for you to excel at your next event. Or A Program Starting with your current level, on-going coaching includes bi-weekly scheduling (to allow us to adapt to unforeseen circumstances); availability by phone or email; meeting in person at track one a month; in depth explanation of critical information such as when and how to stretch, how to select running gear, how to cope with injuries, etc. | Personal TrainingPrivate Fitness Training: I will meet with you in a private gym setting. After a through evaluation of your fitness and discussion of your goals, I'll design a plan that will fit your lifestyle. From there, we will agree on a plan to get you where you want to be, including exercise, instruction and nutritional counseling.
Group Fitness Training: If one-on-one training doesn't fit in your budget, or if you prefer the fun and energy of small groups, consider joining one of the following bootcamps:
As a mom of four, I know that busy moms have trouble finding time for their own health and fitness. So, bring the kids to your workout! We'll meet at a playground in Tigard or Beaverton. Moms get a great workout on the playground while the kids make friends and have fun! Babysitter on site to oversee your kids. |
