Several of our new cadet officers have been wondering about Staff Duty Analysis which is a requirement for promotions that they did not have when they doing the Phase 2 Achievements.
Basically it involves reading about, observing, and participating in staff duties as part of their CAP activities.

Also, I encourage all cadet officers and NCOs to read and browse CAP Manual 52-16 frequently to stay familiar with the rules governing the cadet program. Consider these regulations 1) Under CAPR 52-16. On page 28, there is a chart for the SDA. 2) Under CAPP 52-14.  On pg. 4, Review the directives. On pg. 5 are the regs for how many words need to be included on your SDA. On p. 7 is a sample of the SDA.
