requires CAPF 2A and a signed letter from the one who supervised your hours.  All 60 hours must be complete before reporting any volunteer hours. When submitting your volunteer hours, report to Major Smith. Upon submission and acceptance of your volunteer hours, you will receive the Volunteer Service Award.
