Here is a list of links to species keys I developed starting in 2006 working with Dr. Thomas Merritt out of C.W. post campus of Long Island University.  Flies were collected from banana and mushroom traps from various places on Long Island, NY, unless otherwise noted.

  The sources I used to make these keys include but are not limited to: Drosophila (Markow & O'Grady) and Experiments in Genetics with Drosophila (Strickberger).  The pastel fly images used are from flybase which credits the creators.
