| Chantel L. Matiyosus | | | Chantel L. Matiyosus BROCKTON Chantel Lamay Shy-Shy Matiyosus, 16, of Brockton, died unexpectedly, Saturday, April 25, 2009, in Brockton. Born Feb. 24, 1993, in Brockton, she was a beloved daughter of Stephanie Matiyosus and Pedro Andrade. Raised in Brockton, she attended the Hancock Elementary School, West Junior High School, where she was the captain of the cheerleaders, and she attended Brockton High School. Shy-Shy enjoyed fashion, her friends, talking on the phone, learning to drive and music. Shy-Shy was proud of her Lithuanian and Cape Verdean heritage. She left behind her mommy, Stephanie Matiyosus; her father, Pedro Andrade; her brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and world of friends who miss our Shy-Shy and who will have her forever in our hearts. Funeral services will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rte. 123), Brockton, Thursday, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
