Goalie for the Wright Night Hockey Team

Servulo J. Gonsalves, 49, of Seymour, CT, and formerly of East Providence, died Thursday, March 27, 2008, at his home.

He was the husband of Donna E. (Kendall) Gonsalves.

He was born in Newport, a son of Jose and Inacia (Neves) Gonsalves.

Mr. Servulo was a Technical Consultant for the E.M.C. Squared Company in Norwalk, CT.

He was a goalie for the Wright Night Hockey Team, wearing the number 35.

Besides his wife and parents, he leaves two daughters, Amy and Melanie Gonsalves; and two sons, Brian and David Gonsalves; one step-daughter, Rebecca Craig; one step-son, Ryan Craig; and two sisters, Aurendina Veiga and Christine Gonsalves.

His funeral was March 31 from the Perry/McStay Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis Xavier Church. Burial with Military Honors followed in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
