Leonora J. (Robbins) Gaspie known as "Nana" to many, died Thursday September 1st 2005 at Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, MA. She was the sister of Julio Robbins Jr. of Nantucket, MA. She was the sister of the late Leo Galvam Jr, Russell Robbins, Constance Monterio, Mary Monterio, Dorothy Mack Johnson and Elizabeth Robbins. She had a caregiver, Gregory P. Centeio II of Fairhaven, MA. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and “The Gaspie Family”.

Mrs. Gaspie was the daughter of the late Julio Robbins, and Mary (Monterio) Souza. She was born in Nantucket, MA., and lived there most of her life. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Isle Church. She was self-employed caregiver of children and to the elderly.

In accordance with her wishes she will be cremated. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Isle Church Nantucket, MA. on Friday, September 9, 2005 at 11:00 A.M.

At the convenience of the family the funeral arrangements are private.
