Gonsalves, 65, of Fairhaven, died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2000, at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Lawrence and Marie (Gilmette) Gonsalves. Mr. Gonsalves was born in New Bedford and lived in Fairhaven most of his life. Survivors include two sisters, Laura Hatfield of Pennsylvania and Judith Morris of New Bedford; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Joseph Gonsalves and Myra Senna. His remains were received by Harvard Medical School for anatomical research. His funeral will be private. Arrangements are by the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St. |
