"The Kids from C.A.P.E.R. were four fun and wacky guys that fought crime. C.A.P.E.R. stood for "The Civilian Authority for the Protection of Everybody, Regardless".

There was P.T. the leader whose nose (Seymour) could sniff out clues; Bugs, the scrappy one, whose super-strength could only be defeated with the word, "bananas"; Doc, the handsome brains of the team; and Doomsday, the sweet, gentle, kind one that could talk to animals.

They had a van that they called, "Big Bologna", which was first blue, then white. It had a big hot dog on top, and a tank for their pet shark, Mr. Featherstone.

One of the gags of the show was that the mystery would begin when a character only refered to as "The Girl" would come in and ask the Kids for help. The Kids --epecially Doc, P.T., and Bugs-- would always vie for "The Girl's" affections as they attempted to solve the mystery/her problem.
