New enrollment applications are now being accepted. You may hand deliver or mail the application and $25o registration fee per child to the school office.
Please send in all forms listed below. If you are enrolling your child for the first time, you will complete all of the forms listed under Enrollment. If you are re-enrolling your child, please complete all of the Re-Enrollment forms. You will find each of these forms by clicking on Enrollment Process in the sidebar to the left.
