Credential Students Share their Experiences and Advice
Throughout the Campus Action Project, the Student Action Team members contributed their personal and academic experiences to help determine strategies that promote mathematical confidence among teachers and their elementary students. The nature of their experiences, coupled with their education and student teaching assignments, have provided the Student Action Team members with a wealth of knowledge that they share here through recorded video testimonials. Furthermore, the student action team connects theory to instructional practice by providing sound suggestions to promote mathematical confidence among Latina educators and students. Each video testimonial focuses on a different mathematical strand and instructional approach. A brief description accompanies each of the videos.
