About CAP

The Committee for Activities Planning (CAP) is responsible for making sure that students have stress-relieving activities to take part in during the school year.
We do things like subsidized tickets to concerts and plays and arrange for trips to see movie releases. In addition, we fund random activities on campus as
the mood strikes us. If you have a cool idea that you'd like to get funding for, contact the us.

If you would like to organize a CAP trip follow these steps:
        1.       Fill out the form on the Organize a CAP Event page.
        2.       After you get an email from us, telling you by how much we will subsidize your event, email students-l with your event information and how to contact you.
        3.       Fill in the reimbursement form, which you can find on this website
        4.       You'll get money to off-set some of the cost of your event!!!

Rules and Stipulations:
  • You must get at least 8 people to participate in your event to get subsidy.
  • Don't email students-l before receiving CAP approval, or we won't subsidize your event.
  • You may only email students-l once. Don't send any reminders or additional e-mails asking people to join you.
