 Each year, Canyon View publishes an outstanding collection of school photos and memories that is published and sold to Canyon View families. Send in your order form along with payment or order on-line with your credit card or PayPal account. Yearbook cost: $28 each - November 1 through Jan 8 $30 each - January 9th thru April 30th.
Each yearbook will be sent via the student name you indicate on the order. If pre-ordering more than one yearbook on-line, order one yearbook per student name; then click "Continue Shopping" button to add another yearbook order. Be sure to indicate the student's name / grade / teacher on your on-line order.

Pridelines are short congratulatory messages that parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives, or friends may write to their graduating 5th grader and have printed in the yearbook. The cost:
$7.00 - the Prideline due date has been extended to February 10th!
All Prideline orders after February 10th will not be accepted
Use a 3" x 5" notecard or print the prideline form below. Return the form with your payment of cash or check payable to “Canyon View FFO” or credit card (attach credit card payment confirmation from your on-line order via CVFFO website).
Please contact Kerry Perlman at kmcperl@aol.com with any questions regarding 2010-2011 Pridelines. Make your Prideline unique with poems, baby pictures, drawings, stickers, etc. Please send typed or handwritten message in pen or marker. The card will be published in the horizontal orientation and reduced in size. |
On-line orders will not be honored after May 20. Please contact the Yearbook Chairperson. Any yearbook on-line transaction made afer May 20 will be donated to CVFFO. Prior to ordering a yearbook on-line be sure to confirm with the Yearbook Chairperson if you had previously placed an order.
