Canyon View FFO raises funds for our school and helps save our planet by recycling the following items:  ink cartridges, cell phones, aluminum cans, and aluminum foil.  Look for recycling receptacles located outside the Administration Office.

TerraCycle

Collect trash, earn cash, and save the planet.  TerraCycle will give money to Canyon View FFO for sending them everyday trash.  TerraCycle upcycles trash into cool new products such as handbags, backpacks, bows, pencil cases, etc.  Visit http://www.terracycle.net/ for more information.
Our FFO joined the Drink Pouch Brigade and will be credited $.02 per Honest Kids, Capri Sun and/or Kool-Aid drink pouch.  TerraCycle sends donations twice a year; in December and June.  In December, only donations larger than $5 will be sent.  In June, all donations will be sent, regardless of size.

Please remove the straws and ensure that the liquid is removed from the pouches as much as possible. Cut the pouch at the top above where the straw is inserted and rinse the pouch inside and out.  This cleaning process will also help eliminate unwanted pests.
