Bashas' Community Support Card
 As most of us probably shop at Bashas' this is a great way to indirectly give to our school with very little effort. If a family pays with a Bashas' Community Support Card for an average grocery bill of $400/month Canyon View will receive $24/month or $288/year from your participation! Tell your friends, neighbors, and grandparents how they can support Canyon View. Once purchased through Canyon View, the cards can be recharged for any amount by the cashier or at the Customer Service desk at any Bashas', AJ's and Food City prior to your grocery purchase. The Community Card may be recharged the same way you pay for your groceries by cash, check, or credit. If you would like to provide assistance or have questions regarding this program, please contact 2009-2010 Bashas' Community Support Card Chairperson, Nancy Breckenridge at klindt@aol.com. Your Community Card will be sent via the student name / grade / teacher you indicate on your order.

The Bashas’ Community Support Cards are only issued through their corporate office and may be ordered by submitting the above order form (see attachments). Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your card or until CVFFO can place a required minimum cumulative order of $200.
