4/11/08 - The Canyon Rocket Design TARC team from Canyon High School just qualified for the National Fly-Offs in Virginia on May 17th. The team is made up of four seniors, Kris Field, Seth Bernard, Katy Good and Will Walker. To qualify for the finals the team beat out 6,000 other students from 43 states across the U.S. For more information, visit the links under the TARC heading.

Kris Field, Will Walker, Seth Bernard, and Katy Good, with the help of Canyon High School's Ms. McElroy, are the founders of the Canyon Rocket Design Club. Also, Howard Palechek has given the team guidance throughout the qualification process. The club was started in the Fall of 2007.
