FORMS

• Traditional Submission of Ads
  - Click HERE to download the complete form.
  - You will submit duplicate hard copy photos of your child
  - Photos will NOT be returned unless you come and pick them up or have your child pick them up.
• Electronic/Email Submission
  - Scan or upload photos of your child
  - Save the picture as a JPG or JPEG (same format)
  - Email them to CSHMYearbook@Gmail.com or send along a CD with pictures.
  - Include a phone number in case we need to ask you a question about your ad.
  - Include a message in the body of the email.
  - Include any special instructions

PAYMENT

• All ads MUST be paid for before we start on the ad.
• Ads must be paid through the Front Office by either check, card or cash.
  Please include in the Memo, "Yearbook Ad". We will verify through the office who has paid and who still has an account balance.

Brief FAQ

• Why do yearbook ads cost so much?
  
  - Please know that the yearbook ad money goes into paying for the color we use for the yearbooks and other yearbook features. Also, remember that your ad will be in full color in over 600 yearbooks. The prices have remained the same over the years despite inflation.
• What if I want my pictures back?
  
  - Due to the high volume of ads and work we have to publish, we cannot conduct a return policy on pictures. What we suggest is that you scan and print out a high quality copy of the picture (or send it to us by email) and submit the duplicate photo and not the original. We dispose of pictures after we have done the ad.
• How are ads made?
  
  - Our senior Ad editor has a layout for all the ads. Besides the pictures, each page will be already be premade with a layout already figured out. If you would like to submit a collage type ad, we will not make the ad on the computer. We will simply send it in to our publisher and they will put it in. However, it is NOT guaranteed that your pictures will be returned. DO NOT GIVE US ORIGINALS!!!
