.. from the garden of Eden.. I knew I had to have this book when I saw it 6 months ago! Funny story about the book: If you actually google the title and locate a picture you will see that my version is not exactly identical to the original .. here is why. When it first came from Chapters (canadian book store like amazon) my mom asked if that was the book that I've been raving about, and I told her that it was the very one! She took a closer look and made a face regarding the woman on the cover and her exposed cleavage ... she insisted that I do something about it. Now I'm not one to mess with book covers but just this once for her sake I complied. Surprisingly I found these cute little flower stickers.. and so as you see, she's now wearing a lovely dress with beautiful flowers adorning the bodice! A little about the book: it's not only a cook book with wonderful recipes inside that I grew up with in my home but it also contains so much history, folk stories, humour, lifestyle and more revolving around the people who live now and lived back then in the mesopotamian region of Iraq!

I know they don't like to be confused with one another, but the tent had the turkish flag out front and they were called kurdish women's group from stage... so I was confused but forgot to ask themselves.
