Mark Frydenberg (@checkmark) presented Microsoft Popfly as a tool for creating mashups. You can also download several lessons that Mark wrote for teaching and learning Popfly from the Teaching Popfly page on the Popfly wiki, which also contains links to all of the mashups in the series.

Bethany Bovard presented several web 2.0 tools that look very cool. Her wiki contains many resources including the outline of her presentation, A Guided Tour of Web 2.0 Technologies for Higher Education.
