Camp Tabula Rasa, born on the playa in 2004, returns this year as a registered theme camp. After the 2004 burn, Master (Rooster or Lil Roo) and Mistress (Lady D) became pregnant with their second child, and did not return to the playa until 2007. Original Tabula Rasa Members, Rooster, Lady D, Geisha and Anomaly brought Tabula Rasa to Black Rock City, as an unregistered theme camp that year, as well as last year, 2008. For 2009, we will be on the map again! Bringing everything you need to create your own unique pieces of jewelry (or anything else you can think of creating with our staggering stash of craftilicious supplies), Tabula Rasa will be resurrecting the Playaterium! Used as a Vault to Heaven chill space in 2004, for 2009, come inside and EVOLVE... Bounce yourself into our tried-and-true mound of popos (pillows). Lovingly handcrafted for the 2004 burn, they have traveled to Los Angeles Decom (in 2004, 2007 and 2008), Xara Dulzura (2005 and 2006) and Burning Man again in 2007 and 2008. |
