Andy Chelton: Camp Jump Start Triathlete, K-Swiss K-Fast Team Member

When I first began working at Camp Jump Start, I was pretty overweight.  In fact, according to my BMI I was obese.  After my initial summer with CJS and my 50 pound weight loss I began running and swimming to maintain my fitness.  After my second summer, I had lost a total of 76 pounds since I had first weighed in at Camp Jump Start and I was a low 5.5% body fat.  CJS has been a  catalyst to my new lifestyle that has brought me back into competition.  Once an offensive lineman, turned successful triathlete, I find it incredible how much Camp Jump Start has done for my overall health and well-being.  I never would have thought that one day I would be chasing the dream of competing in a 140.6 mile Ironman triathlon but now I know that this will soon be a reality.  I owe all of my current success to Camp Jump Start because had I never worked there, I would certainly not be leading the life I am now.  Choosing to live life well!
