Words on the Wall: Participant describe themselves on paper using only a single word Participants were asked to introduce themselves and write a single word that best describes their current state, being or personality. The words below were the result of that exercise. After all have introduced themselves, the participants, student and teacher alike, were mixed together to form two groups whose task was to write a short narrative using the the words they had written down.
The participants' output are indeed very interesting, they too were surprised that despite the seeming randomness of the words that they could find a meaningful connection to weave a fabric from the world of imagination using but a few words. Group 1 Narrative:

There was even a participant (Marc Kristian Lauron) who wrote something on his own altogether. I
once knew a girl named Jen. When she was 5 years old, she was one adventurous
kid and she`s a kid who uses a pen rather than a pencil in her elementary school

May
Blog at crazy in-love
The activity shows the inherent human ability to detect and draw patterns, whether it be in speech, visual or haptic communication. |
