AG-size Tinkerbell PJs
The shirt was purchased, and the fabric was later tossed in a swapbox. Also threw in hair ribbons, because -- why not? And also crappy cell-phone camera. But this was my gift for GildedGarb in the AG>18 Secret Snarkster, since her dolls needed PJs and liked Disney Fairies. The PJ bottoms were made from a Simplicity pattern, with the waist extended since my elastic was a bit too wide. I also sewed in a fake drawstring (read ribbon) which is covered by the shirt. The top was a purchased Tshirt, with an appliqued scrap of fabric. I sewed around the Tinkerbell and the circle.
