  • (Car Seat (God's Presents)) Soup is the second album by the American rock band Blind Melon, released shortly before vocalist Shannon Hoon's fatal drug overdose, making it his final album with the band. Thematically, the album is much darker than the band's multi-platinum debut.
  • (Car seating) A car seat is the chair used in automobiles. Most car seats are made from cheap, but durable materials, made to withstand as much beating as possible. The material for these seats is usually used for the back of the seat, as well as the part where one's posterior goes.

A3 Bus Priority Corridor
A3 Bus Priority Corridor
Beaconsfield Road, Waterlooville, Hampshire. Between Widley and Purbrook the Bus Stops were manufactured by Trueform and the Shelters were manufactured by Clear Channel. Between Purbrook and Clanfield the Bus Stop poles and Shelters were manufactured by Queensbury. In 2003, a new transportation plan was put into place by Hampshire County Council, it predicted that Car travel in the area will rise by 40% by 2020. To counteract this, First Hampshire & Dorset route 41 was branded ZIP and most of the route between Widley and Clanfield was to be rebuilt with a new kerb drainage system, new lampposts, new road surfaces, new CCTV cameras, new road signs, new Bus shelters and new Bus poles and flags. As well as rebuilding and changing the layouts of many road junctions along the route. Building work commenced in 2004 and continued until 2008 due to many delays caused by unexpected problems. Cutbacks also caused many roads not to be resurfaced, this has caused many residents to complain. First Group also have a part in the route upgrade. Originally a fleet of four year old Volvo B10BLE Wright Renowns operated route 41, in 2004 these were replaced with Scania OmniCities and then in 2009 these were again replaced with a fleet of Volvo B7RLE Wright Eclipses. This is because they are under a contract to Hampshire County Council to replace their fleet of Buses every four years.
Arabic and Islamic calligraphy
Arabic and Islamic calligraphy
Abu Dhabi licence plates on a silver Lexus which also has Arabic calligraphy on it - Al Ain on the left, in a teardrop shape, and "laa tinsa dhikr Allah" on the right, which means "do not forget to remember Allah through dhikr". The one on the right isn't in common Arabic calligraphy, which is all curly. This looks more squarish and is probably based on a fairly old style called kufic. Dhikr are phrases about Allah that are repeated over and over to help focus the mind on Allah. I wasn't sure how to read it because 'allah' is floating above the rest of the phrase. Or explained first, then Google helped :) OK, I admit I took this picture from the driver's seat. BUT we were stopped in traffic. This is I think the road in Ruwi which leads to a roundabout.
